My recent stay at Vernon Hostel was a delightful experience amidst the stunning landscape of Columbia Mountains and Polson Park. The cozy shared kitchen and lounge were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the natural beauty of the area.The friendly staff ensured a warm welcome upon check-in, providing us with all the necessary information and amenities. The safety features, including a carbon monoxide detector and a first aid kit, added an extra layer of comfort to our stay.Conveniently located in the heart of the business district, the hostel offered easy access to a bar, restaurant, and free WiFi. The proximity to Gray Monk Estate Winery and Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park made our excursions even more memorable.Despite being managed by a single staff member, the 24-hour front desk was always available for any assistance needed. The shared bathroom and linens provided in our room were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout.Whether relaxing in the common area with a TV or exploring the nearby Hillview Golf and Predator Ridge Golf Resort, Vernon Hostel catered to both leisure and business travelers alike.
